TERMS & CONDITIONS

PAYMENT​​

New Leaf Home Styling accepts payment via bank deposit. A (10% Deposit) will need to be paid on delivery of items, with the remainder to be paid in full at the end of your campaign. Property styling contracts last for 5 weeks, with an additional 10% hiring fee for each extra week.

If the property is sold before the contract ends, New Leaf reserves the right to retrieve the stock thereafter if required.

BOND​​

A refundable $500 bond is required at the time of order placement to cover potential damage. This bond will be held until all stock is returned in its original condition. If there are any outstanding invoices with us or stock is returned damaged, the bond amount will be adjusted accordingly. Clients who plan to place multiple orders with New Leaf Home Styling can opt to retain the bond for the duration of their working relationship, rather than processing a charge and refund for each transaction. This arrangement is especially beneficial for property developers who order regularly.​

INSTALLATIONS/DELIVERIES​

Clients must provide access on the day of installation or supply a key to the property at least two days before delivery and installation. The space should be fully prepared in advance unless New Leaf has been contracted to assist at an agreed cost. New Leaf cannot proceed with installation if the site is unsafe, ongoing work is still in progress, or walls are still wet with paint. If delivery or collection is delayed due to site conditions, a $150 fee will apply. To avoid delays, property photography should not be scheduled on the same day as installation, as completion times may vary and cannot be guaranteed.

ART / MIRROR HANGING​

New Leaf Home Styling offers optional art and mirror hanging for $15 per piece. Permanent wall anchors will be used, and clients must obtain owner consent. New Leaf is not liable for any damage or restoration, and wall anchors will remain after collection.

Sticky hooks are not allowed—only permanent wall anchors will be used to prevent injury or damage

DAMAGE​

​All furniture and accessories are for display purposes only and should not be used. Once delivered, New Leaf is not responsible for any damage incurred during the hire period. The client is solely responsible for ensuring all items are returned in their original condition. Any items returned soiled or damaged will incur cleaning, repair, or replacement costs, which will be invoiced accordingly. This includes accessories or cushions left outside and damaged by weather or sun exposure.

COLLECTIONS​

Collection times will be liaised with the client 2 days prior to pick up.

CANCELLATION POLICY​

New Leaf requires three (3) business days’ notice to cancel or re-schedule a delivery or collection. In the event a delivery or collection is cancelled or re-scheduled within this period, a fee of $150 will be incurred.

REFUNDS

Refunds are not issued for change of mind or if items are returned early.
